A small, grey box. Normal, ordinary, uninteresting, banal and boring. We usually pack unnecessary things into it and it is hidden deep in the wardrobe. Attics and cellars are also full of boxes: square and rectangular ones, small and large, grey, white and beige… What if we take out all these forgotten boxes and colour them with a child’s imagination, make them become important and useful again? What if we build a train, a rocket or a castle out of them? You can play with them, like with building blocks; you can place and replace them, and then pull them down and start from the beginning. Maybe you can build up various worlds, collections and constellations of them. Maybe you can do it, but does it make sense? Children do not ask such questions, since a child’s imagination has no limits. Everything is perfectly logical and everything makes profound sense. Children joyfully move on a level of abstraction, which for us adults is out of reach. Or maybe it is not... If we only tried to enter this world… Who can stop us?
