“Four Seasons” is an invitation to take part in an uncommon journey through the world of a child’s everyday life, where days elapse slowly and the whole world is brimming with wonders hidden in a flower, in a puddle, in a butterfly or in a feather, or even in ordinary washing hanging on a line in the loft. The music accompanying this journey is not common either, as we will hear excerpts of violin concerts by Antonio Vivaldi, as well as various and varied instruments, large and small, strange and surprising.
“Four Seasons” is a beautiful, poetic performance that tells us about the most extraordinary and magical things in the surrounding world - in nature - using dance, picture and live music. It tells us about the rhythm of nature and how it changes, how many colours and shades it has, and, finally, about how many emotions all these dreamlike moments provoke when the seasons are at their height and are the most beautiful. We wait for these moments. We love the Spring, although it is always late, always loses something and, is generally skittish and foolish. We love the Summer, which smells marvelous and is soooo romantic. We love the Autumn because it lets us splash through the puddles, and we love the Winter, which is like a huge, down-filled pillow.
The performance is recommended for the first visit to the theatre.
